3D Brandworks ("we", "us", "our") designs and manufactures premium 3D-printed coaster collections in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through 3dbrandworks.com and through our advertising, how we use it, and your choices. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using the site, responding to our ads, or contacting us, you agree to these practices.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you use a contact, quote, or "start a collection" form, subscribe to our emails, or write to us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, company or venue, and details about your project.
Information you give us through our ads. If you submit a lead form in one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the name, email address, phone number, business name and order details you provide there. That information is collected inside Meta's apps rather than on this site, and we use it only to contact you about your enquiry and prepare a quote. Meta's handling of that information is governed by its own policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Information collected automatically. As you browse, we and our providers collect standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit — through cookies and similar technologies. We don't sell products or take payment on this site, so we don't collect payment information here.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, deliver the work you ask about, send emails you've signed up for, operate and improve the site, and measure and improve our advertising (see below). We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
COOKIES & ADVERTISING (META PIXEL)
We use cookies to run the site, understand traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how the site works.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) using the Meta Pixel and related tools. These let us see which ads brought people to the site and what they did there, so we can measure results and show more relevant ads, including to people who have visited before. Through them, Meta may receive your IP address, device and browser details, and the actions you take on the site. We never sell your personal information. You can manage this through your Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/ads/preferences) or opt out of interest-based advertising at youradchoices.ca. Meta's own policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
HOW WE SHARE IT
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business — our website platform (Squarespace), our email, automation and analytics providers, and Meta — who may use it only to provide services to us; when required by law; or as part of a business sale or reorganisation. Some providers store data in Canada, the United States, and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside Canada. We keep personal information only as long as needed for these purposes and to meet our legal obligations, then securely delete it, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under PIPEDA you may access the information we hold, correct it, withdraw consent, or unsubscribe from our emails (use the link in any email, or contact us). The site is intended for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children.
