FAQs

Your brand deserves better than a soggy paper coaster or promo merch that ends up in a drawer. I build custom 3D-printed coaster collections from plant-based materials – designed to last, built in-house, and made to put your brand exactly where your customers gather.

1

Why buy 3D Brand Works?

It starts with your logo. I convert and refine your artwork into a production-ready design, build the coaster layout, and develop a working prototype for your approval. Once you're happy with it, your collection moves into full production —quality inspected, cork backed, packaged, and shipped directly to you.

How does the process work?

Can you recreate detailed logos and fine lettering?

3

Absolutely. Fine detail is actually one of my favourite parts of the process. Every logo – no matter how complex – gets carefully re-engineered for 3D printing so the lettering is crisp, the layers are clean, and the finished product looks exactly like your brand at its best.

Are the coasters designed and produced in-house?

4

Yes — every single step. From the initial design to the final packaged set, everything is done right here. No outsourcing, no shortcuts. That's how I maintain the quality and consistency that every collection deserves.

Every coaster is produced using premium PLA material – a biodegradable, plant-based thermoplastic made from renewable resources like corn starch and sugarcane. It delivers excellent print detail, smooth finishes, and strong color consistency. Each coaster is fitted with cork backing for surface protection and a refined finished feel. A premium product that’s better for the planet too.

5

What materials do you use?

Are the coasters durable for commercial use?

6

Yes. Built for everyday use across bars, restaurants, patios, offices, and hospitality spaces. To maintain appearance simply wipe down with a damp cloth – avoid soaking or dishwashing to protect the finish and cork backing.

Yes — I ship across Canada. Reach out and we'll sort out the details for your order.

Do you ship across Canada?

How long does production take?

8

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of your collection. We always start with prototype development first —once you approve the design, we move into full production, finishing, and packaging. Get in touch and I'll give you a more specific timeline based on your project.
